All points are valid only within the calendar year they are earned—from 1 January to 31 December. Unused points will automatically expire and reset on 1 January each year. However, if points are earned from a purchase made in December, they will have a grace period until 31 January of the following year to be used.

Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be redeemed through The Cox Studio. Rewards, point values, and program terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
