How Do I Order?
To place an order, you will need a free nail consultation with me via email or Instagram and a mandatory sizing kit.
During the consultation, we will discuss your design ideas, preferred shapes, and lengths to find what suits you best. I will also answer any questions you may have to ensure you get the perfect set.
Once you have your sizing kit and know your sizes, you can purchase any available set directly from my website by selecting your shape, length, and sizes in the product options before checkout. If you would like a custom design, just contact me, and I will create a set made just for you.
Orders open every Monday at 9 AM on a first-come, first-served basis and close every Friday at 7 PM. There are only 20 design-level sets available per week, and I do not take orders on weekends. Once all spots are filled, the shop will remain closed until the following Monday.
How Do I Know What Size I Need?
Sizing kits are required for purchase and provide the most accurate way to determine your nail sizes.
Each sizing kit includes one nail in every size for the specific shape and length you have selected. Because sizing varies between different shapes and lengths, a sizing kit is necessary for each one. Be sure to measure on your natural nails and size each nail individually for the best fit.

How Do I Apply My The Cox Studio Nails?
When applying your The Cox Studio Nails you have 2 options:
Liquid Glue Application- Meant to last up to 20 days. Full instructions on the back of each card you receive your nails on.
Temporary Glue Tabs- Meant to last 1-3 days. Follow the same prep steps for the liquid glue just use the correct size glue tab instead when applying.
How Do I Remove My The Cox Studio Nails?
If using liquid glue please remember that with proper application they are meant to last at least 2 weeks, do not try to remove glued on nails anytime before 7 days. If using temporary glue tabs they are safely removed in a bit of warm water and oil.
Why are they called luxury reusable gel nails?
Each set is professionally made and fully customizable from start to finish, using only top-tier products for exceptional quality and durability. Unlike mass-produced press-on nails made with cheap materials that barely last a single wear, these nails are designed for long-term use, offering a premium experience that reflects their craftsmanship and value.
Can I remove them anytime I want?
Yes, you can, but if you follow a full prep routine, your nails will stay on for approximately 10 to 20 days. If you prefer a shorter wear time of less than a week, you can skip some prep steps and use less glue for easier removal.
If you have done a full prep but need to remove them after just a few days, soak your hands in warm soapy water with oil for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Never pick at the nails, as this can damage your natural nails. Nail glue is not designed for removal before seven days, so always follow the proper removal instructions to protect your nails. For wear up to four days, glue tabs are recommended.
Are they waterproof?
Cold water won’t affect them, but prolonged exposure to hot water can loosen the press-ons.
I always recommend wearing gloves when washing dishes or doing household cleaning to prevent the nails from weakening. Showers, swimming, and jacuzzis are fine, but extended contact with hot water, especially when combined with soap and oil, can reduce wear time.

Policies, Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
All sets are custom-made, which means cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not possible. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, you must contact the courier to file a compensation claim. Compensation is only available if registered shipping was selected. Standard shipping does not include any form of coverage, and I am unable to provide assistance for lost or damaged orders.
Each set is handcrafted with care, and detailed instructions are provided to ensure a smooth ordering process. I am not responsible for incorrect sizing if the wrong measurements were provided or if important ordering details were overlooked. Please review all information carefully before placing an order.
Since all sets are made to order and cannot be resold, returned parcels will not be refunded. If an order is returned to me, such as an unclaimed package, re-delivery arrangements will need to be made.

Processing & Shipping Times
Each set is made to order, with a processing time of 5 to 14 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Once your order is shipped:
- Ireland: Estimated delivery in 1-3 days.
- Europe: Estimated delivery in around 7 days.
- International: Estimated delivery in 10-14 days, depending on your location.
Please note that delays may occur due to customs or postal service disruptions beyond my control.
