In adherence to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders and products.

It is your responsibility to ensure the correct sizing of your nails and to verify all order details prior to purchase.

Each set is custom-made to your specifications and may vary slightly in design and color due to lighting and screen differences.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

The Cox Studio's liability ceases once the goods are handed over to the shipping courier. For registered and tracked shipments, An Post will provide compensation if the item is not received by the addressee, subject to their conditions.

Please contact us via email to jenifercox@thecoxstudio.com if you do not receive your parcel within 10 working days (Ireland) or 15 working days (International) of the shipping confirmation.

For untracked delivery options, we assume no responsibility for damage or loss, as such matters are beyond our control. We strongly recommend opting for tracked delivery to ensure accountability.
